Alpha 2 is released

I have been working for a few evenings on improved collision detection, but I am not finished.  I do have a busy couple of weeks coming up so the idea I may not finish this off, which would delay the release of any other updates is something I'm not too keen on.

This is largely because of the work that I want to release that is the improved timings of VDP access on the MSX 1.  This was causing a lot of issues on MSX 1 machines.  This is resolved.  I present yo you, Alpha 2.
